Biography
Elizabeth Sevcik is a member at Croker Huck and advises clients in the areas of real estate, business law, estate planning and probate, and banking and finance transactions. Elizabeth works on a variety of real estate matters, including the sale and leasing of commercial real estate, zoning, easements, real estate development, sanitary and improvement districts, and forming and advising homeowners associations. She assists clients throughout the real estate sale process with drafting and negotiating the real estate sale contract, managing due diligence, reviewing the title commitment and survey and reviewing closing documentation. Elizabeth also works with businesses and lenders in commercial loan transactions, and assists lenders and creditors in workouts and foreclosures. Elizabeth's practice also includes the formation of business organizations.
